Return Policy

I want you to love your box. If you purchase one — or receive one as a gift — and it isn't right in any way, or simply isn't what you hoped for, you may return it or exchange it at no charge within 90 days of receipt.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact me at chapinhenry@gmail.com or call 206-465-1352, and we'll sort it out. I'll arrange a return shipping label and let you know where to send the package.

Delamination or Warping

If your box shows any wood delamination or warping, please contact me. I've since corrected the issue in my process, but if yours is affected, I will exchange it at no charge, regardless of when it was purchased or where you live.

After 45 Days

Exchanges are available at any time for $35, which helps cover shipping and the care required to inspect, refresh, and prepare the piece for its next home.

Refunds

Once I receive your return, I'll process your refund promptly back to your original payment method. Banks and credit card companies can sometimes take a few additional days to post it to your account, so please allow up to 10 business days. If you haven't seen it by then, reach out, and I'll look into it.
